A Look Back at Lockdown in South Africa - Day 3

Day 3 of SA 🔒⬇️
We awoke to another silent day. We noticed the absence of early morning church bells ringing and the neighborhood dogs howling along to the chiming. I really missed those sounds. I had a brief moment of panic and the thought..."will the world really get through this?"...and surely and quietly came into my mind..."Be still and know that I am God"...a very precious moment for me...so now I am embracing the stillness...
* We participated in a worldwide fast for the world. I dedicated my fast to those
in South Africa fighting the virus.
* We had a wonderful at home church meeting...we sang and read scriptures

and discussed prayer and the important of listening and shared thoughts.
A very special time together.
* We ended our fast with a yummy meal. On the menu was my homemade Chicken Corn Chowder.

* We rested, read and watched movies.

* We took a walk in the garden to get some fresh air.
* Tris had a good day, playing and resting
